Older 22” deck walk behind mower w/ running BRIGGS & STRATTON 4 hp gasoline engine.
It’s not gonna win a beauty contest, but it starts up & knocks grass down. (last two pics are my grass before & after)
Not the type that uses a catch bag. It’s a mulching type.
The side throw door was missing when I got it so I fashioned a cover plate out of sheet aluminum & riveted it over the exit hole in the deck.
This is the LOUDEST single cylinder small engine I’ve been around. It has a “muffler” on the exhaust… but it doesn’t seem to do much! Hearing protection is recommended.
Blade works fine… it’s a bit beat up, could use a sharpening I guess, but it still cuts fine. It’s ugly, but it works. Hence the low price.
It has gas in the tank & oil in the crankcase… you can start it up & hear it run. There’s plenty of long grass here to test it if you like.
