CODA is currently looking for an Integrated Clinical Specialist to join our residential mental health treatment team in SE Portland!

Come and be part of the intensive case management mental health team working at CODA. We have the opportunity to work with individuals from a diverse background who are actively experiencing chronic mental illness combined with battling various forms of addiction. You will be able to help clients living in the community under the PSRB be successful!

Staff works as part of a treatment and clinical team in a home setting partnering with residents to provide stability, support and skills training opportunities for those living in a 24 hour staffed program.

We focus on person centered goals through a trauma informed lens. Each day this clinician has the opportunity to provide in home and community checks as well as case management, group and individual counseling, and treatment planning.

As a member of our team you will lead the provision of services and help residential staff and case managers implement the interventions identified in the treatment plan. Required education and experience:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in community or behavioral health system providing clinical services to individuals who have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Required certifications and licenses:
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor in State of Oregon or capacity to secure within 24 months of employment.
  • Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor I or capacity to secure within 24 months of employment
  • Basic First Aid/CPR certification or ability to acquire within 90 days of hire.
  • Current Oregon or Washington State Driver’s License.
