CareLinx is looking for a talented Community Outreach Coordinator (COC) to help recruit caregivers onto our website. The COC will be promoting CareLinx by handing out flyers to prospective leads in the Portland area. This position is Part-Time 20 hours/week for only a month with potential of extension based on performance.
COC will be required to maintain a quick pace while interacting with clientele and talking to them about our business. COC will earn bonuses (earn up to $2,000 in referrals) for getting candidates to sign up on our website.. Leads can be sourced from alternative resources as well, handing out business cards while doing daily activities, mentioning it to people at lunch etc.
Dropping flyers, talking to customers, and handing out business cards
The Community Outreach Coordinator acts as a customer resource between community providers as necessary and appropriate to improve and uphold Senior Solutions reputation in the community.
Assist in the recruitment process by handing out business cards, flyers and attend job fairs when necessary
Assist in organizing and attending community events geared towards our caregivers and senior patients
Caregiver License (is a plus)
Minimum of 1 year of caregiver experience
Marketing or customer service experience is a place
Ability to creatively think outside of the box in terms of outreach and recruitment initiatives
Candidates must be able to stand for 4 hours and walk easily carrying 20 lbs
20 hrs/week for 1 month
Earn up to $2,000 in referral bonus
