Hello! I am looking for a rental and I would prefer a small ADU over a larger complex.
Single person, 29 years old with 1 dog. (Registered ESA with proper documentation from my therapist)
I would prefer a quiet space for me and my pup. She is quiet, and crate trained for when I am not home my job does allow me to bring her with if needed. I have a steady full time job, and good rental history. My budget is $1200 (after utilities)
