Hello!
My name is J and I am in search of a place in the inner PDX, ideally SE, metro area. I'm open to as far north as Overlook and Dekum triangle, and as east as roughly mid sixties, and as far south as the Milwaukie/Sellwood line. Open to SW as well.
I am an adult lady, with a steady job, a small ESA dog, and am a desirable tenant.
I'm very clean, mindful of others, take care of things, don't let my guests or animal be anything other than respectful to the space. I work partially from home during the week and spend my free time traveling or getting out. When I'm at home I really value quiet and don't want to share a wall with loud neighbors, cigarette smokers or busy-bodies up in my business. Don't get me wrong, I love community but home is my sanctuary to chill, cook, read, garden and listen to music, etc. I pay my bills on time and leave a space better than when I arrived. I have a good attitude and consider myself a great neighbor.
I'm posting because it's a rat race rental market out there and hope that maybe something magical could pop up here. I lucked out many years ago meeting a landlord on here that ended up being a positive and life changing experience, so I'm holding space that CL can do it again.
Looking for:
-Unfurnished
-1bd+ and 1ba (hopefully with a tub)
-Full kitchen (no hot pads in lieu of a stove)
-Windows and good light
-Ideally wood floors and not carpet
-Storage options and good closets (I'm a Tetris master, though if storage is somewhat limited)
-Hopefully access to a yard, patio, garden space, or near walkable neighborhood/parks and quieter streets
-W/D on site or hook-ups available
-easy parking
-garage or shed would be awesome but not a deal breaker
