Looking for private owner apartment/house!!! (Portland)

Hello!!
My boyfriend and I are looking for a PET FRIENDLY apartment or house for rent by a private owner because of apartment debt I have on my record.
My brother had an emergency heart surgery, someone from my school crashed into my car right off campus and I couldn’t no longer afford to make ends meet anymore, couldn’t pay for school anymore, barely kept my job without transportation and lost my apartment.
Long story short, it all crashed down but now over a year later, the lesson has been learned, I made the life changes I needed to, my boy friend and I moved up here and are building our new life here and just need a little bit of support getting back on track!
We have a budget of about 1500 TOTAL including utilities and we have 3 large breed dogs. They do like to play and be a little goofy sometimes but are crate trained so they don’t free roam when left alone, potty trained and all that. We take them out on hikes every chance we get so most of the time they’re lazy potatos lol
