ABOUT US:
NW Sanctuary LLC is a natural cleaning and organizing business. Making our own natural, and effective cleaning products makes us proud for leaving our clients with clean places, and healthy bodies. We clean houses, Air BNBs, real estate properties, as well as offices and other commercial properties at an affordable price. We are highly skilled in providing professional organizing services as well (lets get your stuff in the right place and the right containers :) ). We are a team of warm, and genuinely caring people that are thorough and quick on the job.
We believe in ethics over just making a buck. That's why our team takes home between 80 to 100% of the pay for the job. Most companies only give their employees 35% of the pay and they take home the majority even if they're not there with them doing the work. What goes around comes around and for us, its about being ethical to all including those working with us and the client we're providing the service to. We love to be able to sleep at night.
How did we get into such a weird place where the products that we clean with make us sick? What's the point of a clean house if your body is suffering? Let's take care of both. PAYMENT AND COSTS DETAILS:
For our services, we typically work in 4 hour blocks; sometimes less and sometimes more if appropriate and convenient. These blocks are customizable to whatever hours you need. There is no minimum aside from a gas fee at a certain point.
We don't have any extra fees at all except for gas if there is less than 3 hours of labor required. That's it! Just a flat hourly rate for both cleaning and organizing no matter the intensity, difficulty, or type of project (For example: commercial, AirBNB, residential, deep clean etc.). If you have less than 3 hours of labor for us, then we will have you pay the subcontractor the estimated gas cost to him/her to transport from their residence or previous gig. You can expect to pay roughly 5 to 10 dollars give or take in gas in this case.
Move out Cleans: $20-$25 per hour
Cleaning: $50 per hour
Organizing: $60 per hour
