Yes, we DO like a good high heel, especially when it's done in 925 Sterling Silver! This NEW plain sterling charm/pendant is the perfect little accessory to add a finishing touch of elegance. There are a couple of deliberate very small holes on the bottom of the shoe, indicating that the shoe charm is "hollow core," which doesn't affect the appearance. There is nothing wrong with the charm; the holes are done to keep moisture from collecting inside that might otherwise allow a change in pressure to damage the pendant. Chain not included.
