About the Role
We’re looking for reliable, energetic, and safety‑focused Delivery Drivers to join our FedEx Ground team. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll play a key role in ensuring packages are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
Safely operate a FedEx Ground step van
Load, sort, and organize packages for daily routes
Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes
Provide excellent customer service during each delivery
Follow all company safety standards and DOT regulations
Lift, carry, and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs
Operate scanners and get all packages properly coded and delivered
Work well both as a team and independently
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a full background check
Ability to pass a drug screen (Including Marijuana)
Comfortable driving a step van or similar delivery vehicle
Strong time‑management skills and ability to work independently
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus
Schedule & Pay
Daily base pay starts at $160-$180
Opportunity for daily stop bonus and safety bonus
Weekly pay
Tuesday-Saturday, Sunday-Thursday
Shifts typically run 6–10 hours
