We’re hiring an experienced Crew Leader to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with strong experience in yard cleanups and maintenance who can lead by example, stay organized, and help train others.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and capable of teaching and guiding a small crew.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
Experience in yard cleanups and landscape maintenance (REQUIRED)
Must speak English (Spanish is also a plus)
Leadership mindset and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Pay:
$22.00 per hour + Weekly Performance Bonus
Paid weekly.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and work alongside a small crew on residential maintenance and cleanup projects
Train and guide crew members to ensure quality standards are met
Communicate clearly with customers when needed
Manage time efficiently and complete jobs to company expectations
