URHome Property Management is hiring a part-time Groundskeeper/Landscaper to maintain several residential properties in the Portland area.
HOURS: Approx. 20 hours/week (more hours available as needed) PAY: Competitive hourly pay based on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Mowing, edging, and blowing
• Weeding and basic landscape upkeep
• Trash pickup and common area cleanup
• Seasonal tasks (leaf cleanup, minor pruning, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS (READ):
• Reliable transportation REQUIRED (travel between multiple properties)
• Able to work independently and stay on task
• Comfortable with outdoor/physical work
• Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented
