We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to provide top-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing services at our clients' locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive care, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. This role involves traveling to various locations to deliver professional car wash, detailing, and maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle excellence.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough exterior and interior vehicle cleaning, including washing, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces
Conduct detailing tasks such as buffing, polishing, and applying protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance
Utilize specialized tools and products for window tinting, paint correction, and other cosmetic enhancements
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety during all detailing procedures
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided
Operate company vehicles responsibly while traveling between client locations
Keep detailed records of services performed and communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle care
Qualifications
Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or janitorial services preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
Experience with buffing, polishing, window tinting, or custodial work is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently in various environments and weather conditions
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift light equipment or supplies, and perform manual cleaning tasks effectively
