We have competitive rates for our diagnostic service and the lowest hourly rate for repairs in the area. $169 complete diagnostic and assessment which includes 1 hour of labor @ $99 per hour; however, we never charge for travel time. Most repairs can be completed within 2-3 hours. With every diagnosis, a 17-point circulation and operations system inspection will be done as a preventative measure. Additionally, we will do a thorough inventory of your tub and your information will be on file for future repairs/accessories/covers/etc. Pacific Hot Tub Solutions guarantees our work and the OEM parts we use for 1 year. We also have a chemical free sanitation system we might be able to install some restrictions apply. A credit card is required to secure an appointment. We do require 24 hours notice for cancellations and you will be subject to a $150 show up fee if you do not contact us to cancel the appointment within the required time-frame.
Tubs that are 10 years old or more may benefit from a complete recondition, getting you another 10 plus years out of your existing hot tub at a fraction of the cost of replacing it. We can upgrade your controls, install new pumps, change out jets, do a complete system sanitation and upgrade the pillows and cover for you. Complete reconditions also come with a 2 year parts and labor warranty.
For leak repairs we will do on onsite assessment of your tub and the attempt to locate the leak location. When leaks are in areas other than the equipment compartment it is often not possible to make these repairs in the field. Leak repairs are charged $169 to determine the location/extent of the leak and then $150 an hour with a 2 hour minimum for leaks that can be repaired in the field. If the tub cannot be repaired in the field and must be moved to our shop there will be a minimum $900 charge (depending on difficulty) for moving the tub plus $150 an hour with a 4 hour minimum for the repair in our shop. It is not uncommon for shop leak repairs to cost $1500 or more. If your tub is over 10 years old we will, in most cases, decline service for a leak repair that cannot be done onsite, saving you time and money.
We also offer a wide variety of hot tub and spa supplies, chemicals and accessories. If we don't have what you're looking for we can order it for you and typically it will arrive within a week. We can either will call it here at our shop or we can ship directly to you.

We will come to your home (within 40 miles) and measure every cover we sell. Our pricing includes a custom measure as well as delivery and installation of your new cover and removal of your old cover as well as a manufacturers warranty.

BASIC - 4">2" taper with 1lb foam: $599 we deliver and remove old cover
UPGRADE - 4">2" taper with 1.5lb foam: $699 we deliver and remove old cover
ENERGY TRUST - 5">3" taper with 1.5lb foam and insulated hinge: $749 (qualifies for Oregon Energy Trust $100 rebate)
Covers are typically ready within 7-14 days.

Our company has moved a wide variety of hot tubs including larger custom hot tubs, older models, unique shaped and brand new hot tubs directly from distributors. When you hire Pacific Hot Tub Solutions to move your hot tub or swim spa, you are not hiring just a moving crew. You are hiring staff that repair and recondition hot tubs daily; therefore, they will handle your hot tub with the utmost care ensuring your hot tub is moved safely to its new location. They are familiar with all hot tub makes and models and will thoroughly inspect the hot tub before moving.
Let us assist you with one of our solutions to removing your used hot tub or swim spa. We have a variety of service options available to you. We are an environmentally responsible company. Every hot tub removal will be dismantled and recycled accordingly.
SELL OR CONSIGNMENT - We Buy Spas
If you need to get rid of your tub because you're moving or just don't use it anymore but it is less than 5 years old and in good working condition we may purchase your hot tub from you or be able to sell it on consignment for you. This is an excellent option!
REMOVAL - FREE - No Charge
If your hot tub or swim spa runs, is less than 10 years old, is in decent working condition, cover or not, or only needs minor repairs as determined onsite, we may be able to remove it for free. For newer spas in good working condition we offer cash and consignment options with free removal! Some restrictions apply, call for details.
RECYCLE - REDUCED RATE - $350
If your hot tub or swim spa* is not working, leaks or has dry rot we will remove it for a reduced rate based on any salvageable parts
DISPOSAL - FEE - $350 and up
If your hot tub or swim spa is complete junk, leaks, doesn't work or is rotten we can dispose and recycle it for a reasonable rate. Removals that require cutting a hot tub up, difficult extractions, or the use of a crane will be charged slightly higher. ($500 and up)
ATTENTION PROPERTY OWNERS:
Be advised, there are a lot of companies who may be less expensive and able to remove your hot tub for you; however, those companies are probably not appropriately insured. Anyone who gets hurt or damages your property while removing the hot tub or swim spa can hold you liable for their injuries and you have no recourse on any damage done to your property if you hire someone without insurance. We are a licensed and insured professional hot tub company that you can trust to protect you and your property. Each crew carries with them proof of insurance.
