  • 3-5+ years of experience

Your New Role:

We're looking for a Litigation Paralegal who's driven by success, enjoys a challenging workflow, and is equally enamored with smart technology that helps get the job done. Our client, a small and mighty litigation firm, is in need of a talented candidate to tick all these boxes and more to assist a top team of skilled attorneys. This Litigation Paralegal position is fast-paced and is open due to retirement. You'll manage and process a volume of large-document cases consisting of electronic data. The attorneys on your team go to trial frequently and will need your help managing discovery, drafting legal pleadings and correspondence, and interfacing with experts, clients, court staff, and other attorneys. These lawyers are great at what they do and have the chops - and wins - to prove it! In addition to experience with construction defect litigation and insurance defense, you should be familiar with billing time. In this role, you'll manage your own cases, conduct research, and a soak up a variety of knowledge in no time at all!
