ABOUT US

We are a small general practice law firm in downtown Portland seeking to add an associate attorney to our team. This is a career opportunity that will allow the right person a lucrative prospect for long term professional and financial success.

We share office space in a conveniently located high rise with two subtenants with whom we've formed a tight knit collaborative group. We are looking for the right personality as well as the right skillset. We regularly have office socials and enjoy the benefits of getting to know each other off the clock.

ABOUT YOU

Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years' experience and want to develop their practice. We will consider attorneys practicing in virtually any area of law. Foreign language skills (Spanish and/or Russian) would be helpful. Superior verbal and written skills, a competitive spirit, and a strong work ethic are mandatory. Oregon Bar membership is required and Washington Bar membership is preferred.

You enjoy variety and being busy. You are eager to be mentored. You are ambitious to grow professionally and want to be an active participant in contributing to the success of the firm.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

Initial compensation and benefits will depend on experience and qualifications. Typical benefits offered include health insurance, parking, commissions, profit sharing and a structured bonus plan.
