Hi, my name is Sean, and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 25 years. My approach to personal training is that that we are all perfect the way we are; now that does not mean we do not want to change some aspect of our self, but it does come from a place of not creating an atmosphere of negative talk, thus negative thinking. My training is vast and covers training and programs to include: weight-loss; post-surgery, living with chronic conditions, to gaining lean muscle.
