This position is responsible for prepping, cutting, slicing, and packaging all specialty items for customers. Duties include stocking inventory for the day's orders; cutting, slicing, cleaning, peeling produce; weighing packages; checking quality of produce; cleaning work stations; and following directions of supervisor. Working in a cold environment is required.
Cut produce using a knife, and other tools
Ability to lift up to 50 #.
Label packages according to item.
Maintain a clean work area.
Follow directions of supervisor.

Knowledge, skill and abilities required:
Ability to use knives, peelers, other tools
Ability to read and scale
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment - (36 degrees)
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Have good oral and written communication skills (ability to read and write in English or native language, as is affected by direction and paperwork).
