The power supply cord connects to the mixer with a telephone style connector. The tab on the plastic connector has broken like on your old telephone cable. Tape it in place on the back will solve it. Or if you want, superglue it in the socket.
If that bothers you, I know where there's completely new power supplies for $40 with that damn telephone connector.
Rane used this telephone plastic jack on most of their gear.
Includes the original power supply.
