Nice Washburn that I just don't play enough. I've replaced the strings since owning it but it's been a year or two.
As it survived a house fire I have named it lucile after B.B. King but you can call it whatever if you take it lol.
During the fire it was in a closet in a case, so it got a good amount of residue on it but doesn't have any burn holes or hot spots. The case took more of the damage in the fire, but I think it adds to the character of the guitar.
Other than that, there are a few marks on it, but the guitar plays smooth and does not rattle . I've even played it in open D tuning and it sounds awesome.
