*3 NOS Germanium Transistors: Uses three New Old Stock "Flying Saucer" germanium transistors for vintage tone and high gain.
*Dynamic Cleanup: Responds incredibly well to guitar volume, cleaning up to a shimmering crunch or increasing drive without losing clarity.
*Controls: Features Level, Buzz (gain/drive), and a passive Treble knob, plus a 3-way Bass toggle for low-end sculpting.
*Internal Trimmer: An internal bias trimmer adjusts transistor #3 for drastic changes in warmth, compression, and tone.
*Amp-Like Feel: Designed to feel and react like a cranked tube amp.

Power Requirement: Crucially, requires a 9V battery or a dedicated, center-positive power supply (not standard negative-center). This last point is VERY IMPORTANT. I've been using a 9V battery with no uses.
