The neck is in excellent condition
* Highly figured; Nitro lacquer; 22 fret
* Glassy jumbo frets with no wear; substantial but not railroad tracks - they've been leveled
* Great for bends; no choking out
* Unbleached bone nut
* Dark chocolate rosewood board
* Shape: V/U
* 10-14" compound radius fretboard
* Nut width: 1.65"
* 1st fret depth: 0.99"
* 12th fret depth: 0.99"
* Truss rod adjust at the heel
The neck shape:
* It's one of a kind. Thick; if you want a thin neck, this isn't for you
* It has a subtle V up near the nut that fades to a U/C as you approach the body
* If you like the feel of an early 50s telecaster neck you'll love this
Condition is excellent
* It's older. I've owned it for 3 years and restored it
* It had different tuners previously
* It had a string tension bar installed previously
* It had a Fender spaghetti style decal installed previously
* Holes are drilled, filled, sanded and lacquered, though the restoration doesn't completely erase history
Open to trades for 60s style fender stratocaster necks. This is a great neck. I'm just going in a different direction. This advert is for the neck only. NOT the complete guitar. For $375 I will include the Sperzel locking machine heads, currently installed
