Looking for guitarist friend with space to make midwest/math rock with (Portland)

Been getting back in touch with the things I love to do and singing/making music is a big part of that.
I'm 34, female voice, I appreciate literally almost every kind of music but I think that midwest emo/math rock niche is the direction I feel pulled toward the most, these days. Biggest rotations tend to be Hot Mulligan, Coheed and Cambria, 8485, Purity Ring, Utada Hikaru, standards, Haisuinonasa, Österreich, JYOCHO, Laur Elle, ELIO, Sleep Token, and older Evanescence and We Came as Romans. Also a healthy dose of Hyperpop, Synthpop, K-Pop, J-Pop, Indie Pop, video game music, and show tunes.
I'm looking for someone around my age, chill, non-judgemental, open about music taste, and willing to take this at a slow pace. I've been going through a lot this past year and I'm finally starting to prioritize my own joy, so I will need understanding and patience, however I am not looking for a counselor. I am looking for an outlet with a reliable person. Production experience is a plus but not a requirement.
