Mobile Crisis Supervisor (St Helens)

compensation: $44,304 to $56,784 Annual

This position qualifies for a 10% sign on bonus, payable after 6 month probationary and a signed 2 year commitment letter - 5% bonus every 2 years there after with signed commitment letter and satisfactory performance review.

For this position, we are looking for a dynamic, highly energentic, motivated, compassionate individual who can successfully lead our crisis team and build a trusting, cooperative relationship with community partners!

SUMMARY: Responsible for supervision of Crisis Team staff and coordination Mobile Crisis policies, and procedures, as well as orientation to agency and department. Responsible for coordination of Mobile Crisis Team with Law Enforcement agencies. Provide Crisis intervention to agency clients and community members Provides therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents & families with mental health or chemical dependency problems.

HIGHLIGHTS OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assessments/evaluations • Treatment planning • Individual/group family therapy • Consultation/referral/information/education & community outreach • Crisis support to clients or staff providing clinical services to clients; which may include Civil Commitment Investigator Certification, if department appropriate • Case management/skills training • Clinical record keeping & report writing • Attend/participate in Agency staffing/meeting • Liaison with other human service organizations • Provide supervision (individual and/or groups) assigned to CCMH staff and interns (licensed and unlicensed)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. LCSW preferred.. CADC I required or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire. Three to five years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

**Salary Range is a "step progression" system - Typically, wage for new hires, based on education/skills/experience, is set using the start of the range to mid-range. Salary range reflects a Counselor II - unlicensed position - Salary adjusted appropriately for LCSW
