Administrative Coordinator 38098
Our Portland client is looking for a Administrative Coordinator to provide advanced administrative support to staff.
General administrative support.
Heavy scheduling and calendaring; meeting minutes.
Support grant proposal and post-award functions.
Maintain financial data and records.
Data analysis as requested.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Manage supplies and inventory.
Other duties as assigned.
Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or certificate in office occupations/technology preferred.
4 years of general office or secretarial experience.
MS Office Suite experience, proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
ERP systems knowledge preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
