Jenni Leasia Design, is a small residential design firm specializing in high end remodel and furnishing projects. Our focus is on making life at home easier and more beautiful for our clients. We are able to succeed by truly connecting with them and understanding their needs.

We are seeking an experienced design administrator to manage our office and support our project work. This is a part-time position, 25-30 hours per week, for someone who is detail-oriented, well-organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects. If you have strong technical skills and can multi-task while maintaining accuracy and a calm positive attitude, this is an ideal job for you! We offer an inviting small office environment in a lovely NW neighborhood close to the showrooms and convenient to everything else.

Key Roles: Studio Management | Purchasing | Project Support | CRM | Client Services |

Responsibilities include:
--set up and maintain projects in time tracking, presentation and project management software
--keep detailed meeting notes, task lists and calendars
--assist design team on multiple projects
--produce material schedules
--research products and services from a variety of vendors
--purchasing and expediting
--interface with clients, vendors and subcontractors
--develop and manage vendor accounts
--oversee day to day office procedures, supplies and equipment
--organize and maintain design library
--schedule meetings, installations etc.
--miscellaneous errands
--answering phones
--track time daily

Requirements:

--at least two years office experience in a design or construction firm
--excellent technical skills and high level of MAC proficiency
--enjoy numbers and the business side of design
--fast learner and problem solver
--strong interpersonal skills
--able to juggle multiple responsibilities, and prioritize and adjust as needed
--able to research and problem solve
--experience with Ivymark or other interior design project management software is a plus
--eager to add to the exceptional customer service experience we provide to our fabulous clients
--valid driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle

Technology: We use many software tools including Asana, MyHours, Dropbox, Ivy and others. If you are not technically fluent and able to quickly learn new software, this is not the job for you.
