What You’ll Help With
-Keeping our books organized and helping with monthly expense reports
-Tracking payroll hours for employees and subcontractors
-Helping track jobs, costs, and project status
-Organizing receipts, invoices, and documents
-Assisting with daily operations and admin tasks
-Communicating with Spanish- and English-speaking team members as needed
