Looking for a Front Desk and Admin Support Coordinator, this is a contract to hire role. After contract period, you will be eligible for full benefits. Please send an email expressing your interest and your desired rate of pay.
• Answer and transfer calls rapidly maintaining high quality delivery according to established processes in such a way that positively affects the customer perception.
• Provide information to callers when possible so that a customer is efficiently handled without being transferred.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail.
• Enter data from incoming transactions and routing the documents to their appropriate destination.
• Process and scan previous day transactions, losses and rejections and file accordingly.
• Greet and assist express delivery service vendors and walk-in customers in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
• Research addresses of returned mail and update system as needed.
• Assist with correspondence, mass mailings, filing and research as assigned.
• Order and track usage of common supplies.
• Produce written correspondence with direction.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Minimum 1-2 years' receptionist or related experience.
• Bachelors or Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Strong data entry skills with 50WPM typing speed and 10key experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently in slow and fast paced environment.
This is a full time position that works Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
