We are seeking a Program Specialist to support Cascade Energy’s implementation of the Energy Smart Industrial (ESI) program, which Cascade Energy delivers on behalf of the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). Working within the ESI team, the Program Specialist is responsible for managing systems and processes which ensure that Cascade fulfills core program requirements, while enhancing the team’s ability to achieve energy savings targets and continuously improve delivery methods. These systems include project tracking, invoicing, budget monitoring, KPI tracking, quality control, and drafting reports and other program materials.

This is a full-time, exempt position in our Portland, Oregon office and reports to ESI’s Director of Operations. There will be times when additional hours will be required to meet project-driven demands and deadlines. Travel is not expected for this role.

Qualifications
As a part of our team, the most important qualifications are shared values, a customer-centric approach, and an aptitude for learning. You would be a great fit for this position if you: • Have an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, or have two years or more of experience working in a technically focused, project management driven, customer service role
• Are proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated with good communication skills and the ability to achieve results
• Have used programs such as SharePoint, Excel, and Ajera to support team tracking, reporting, and invoicing, and exercised the ability to identify and resolve problems associated with data integrity of invoicing
• Want to become a SharePoint “superuser” and primary point of contact for our SharePoint site management. This includes troubleshooting and continuously improving system design and processes while helping both internal and external customers use and navigate the site
• Enjoy preparing weekly and monthly reports for both internal and external customers; creating and running reports, analyzing data for accuracy and completeness, and reconciling inconsistencies
• Are highly organized with strong attention to detail and mastery of the MS Office suite
• Enjoy planning and coordination of meetings, events, and webinars
• Have experience in the energy industry (this is a plus, but not required!)
