C&R Real Estate Services Co. is currently seeking an energetic go-getter to join our team. Are you an enthusiastic and professional individual who understands the responsibility of being the first impression clients have of our company? The person in this front-desk role is responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, assisting accounts payable, providing executive support to management, filing and performing other administrative duties. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position. The desk must be covered 8am to 4pm, with a half hour lunch, and you can choose to come in at 7:30 and leave at 4pm, or start at 8am and work until 4:30. Health care benefits are available the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Our employees receive 7 paid holidays per year, 6 PTO days per year, and ten days paid vacation days after a year.

Requirements for this position include:

- Minimum one year of administrative support experience in a professional office setting
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent customer/client relations skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Basic office knowledge
- Ability to multi task and handle urgent situations calmly

- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
