We’re offering a nice sized Office with a sunny south facing window in our Clinic space in the Hollywood Square business at 1827 NE. 44th Suite 130 PORTLAND 97213.
We currently have an audiology practice in the clinic that has a nice small waiting room, free parking and right across the street from grocery outlet. We’ve been in a space for 10 years and very happy with the quiet building in the nice tenants and the easy access to patients parking and a beautiful space. The space has been occupied by a physician and a acupuncturist and a lawyer and a counselor in the past years. There have been no complaints about the space or the building or the amenities and the pleasant office environment.
We currently have an audiologist and an office manager in the space and there is a private bathroom and a kitchen.
We have a nice sized office with a private door that is well lit and in good shape and in the past 10 years, it is housed a lawyer and a physician and another Audiologist. The rent will be $600 per month and if you want access to a copy machine, then we will add $100 onto the fee.. We have a new copy machine printer..
We do have Wi-Fi in the clinic, one for guests and one for business. You can have your business name on the door and on outside and inside signage .
The office is large enough to handle a desk plus other furnishings. We do collect paper and recycle it with a local company that collects it occasionally. This office would be perfect for a person who needs a nicer business address or someone who does counseling or mental health therapy or assessments, etc. The space is very quiet as the Audiologist is a tinnitus specialist for 30 years and the space is not particularly suitable for children.

We’re looking for a tenant who would stay 3 to 5 years.
