I am looking to sublet my therapy office in Goose Hollow area for $175/month for each day that is leased (e.g., Thursdays + Fridays = $350/month). At the moment, the office is available for use Thursday-Sunday, and preference will be given for those who are interested in taking on more than 1 day. The location is easily accessible by public transportation. There is access to a lobby, shared kitchen, and bathroom. The building and office has a lot of charm and I’d love to connect more if you are interested in checking it out!

*I am actually helping the landlord fill the building with helping professionals, so there is a lot of future potential for this to be a co-creative space of providers, with opportunity for networking, consultation, group therapy rooms, etc. There are also several other offices available for lease within my suite and within the same building if you are looking to lease something more full-time.
