Here for your consideration is a pristine Nikon CoolPix S8100 12.1MP digital camera in a Mason’s black. The camera is in great shape, without a mark on it; everything functions as it should.
This model Nikon came with a rubbery coating on the front of the body, giving it a nice grip…but that coating was not very durable. This is the only one I’ve had in a couple years that didn’t look like it was molting, at least a bit. When I did the reset, I found out why: the camera had only taken 235 photos from day one. That’s about as close to new as you can get!
I've had a few of these cameras pass through my hands in the last couple years and am always impressed with both their capabilities and, especially, the build quality. They have a nice, hefty feel and the fit and finish is superb.
The camera comes with an OEM battery, a new charger, a fresh 4GB memory card and a leather Harley Davidson-branded case that looks like a tiny saddlebag and fits the camera perfectly.
I set my prices by the average of similar items actually sold online, and sometimes those prices vary wildly. That is especially true of these smaller "pocket" cameras because they have a tendency to get kind of beat-up. I sold one for $45 that was nice, but not mint. Surely this one should be worth $10 more than that. So, come get it!!
Final Note: This is a small camera CAPABLE of shooting short videos, but it is NOT a video camera. If you want to shoot videos regularly, do us both a favor and buy a video camera.
