These retail for about $300 each, or a total of $15,000 new.
These have imperfections like a small scratch on the frame, or a small scratch on the window itself (usually hard to find), and about 20 percent were installed and didn't pass the leak test. Usually a faulty gasket (you can buy new foam gasket or D gaskets and put a nice fresh seal on these.) First person with cash wins them.
This comes out to $40 per window!
