Hitch, hardware, and install wires included. 4/6 install points were used. Missing a bolt and mounting bracket in each side. I didn’t want to drill a third hole into the frame as required by aftermarket hitches. 4 mounting points held with no issues. Ran with 75-200 lbs on the tongue for over 15k miles. Solid hitch. Including the adapter for use with equipment requiring the larger diameter of a class 3 hitch.
