We're looking for someone to work full time, 20 hrs per week as an Assistant Manager, and 20 hours per week as a Porter, at Executive 1801 Apartments. Do you have managerial and marketing/sales skills, and an interest in the field of property management? Are you looking for a full time position? C&R Real Estate Services Co. is looking for an Assistant Property Manager/Porter for this community with 86 units. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Property Manager with all aspects of leasing apartments, and ensuring that the grounds and common areas look their best.

The P/T Assistant Manager is required to live onsite and will receive 25% off rent! Besides the POOL, you can also enjoy the SAUNA, and the ample parking and storage. This property has easy access to I-84, Glendoveer Golf/Tennis/Nature Trails, and Costco! This position REQUIRES previous experience in the field of property management.

The Assistant Property Manager/Porter is responsible for all aspects of leasing apartments, grounds keeping and common area cleaning.

The Assistant Property Manager/Porter is responsible for showing units and screening prospective residents, collection and tracking of payments, preparation of paperwork and notices, maintaining files and records as well as grounds/common areas. Courteous relations with residents and vendors is essential to this position.

The Assistant Manager must have great customer service skills and be punctual and detail oriented. The Assistant Manager must also have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and be self motivated and energetic. Our Assistant Manager should also possess the ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail and applicant must be able to pass a skills test, and if offered the position they must be able to pass a background investigation including criminal history. This individual is preferred to have previous experience in the field of property management, but applicable sales, marketing and management skills will be considered.
