Do you have PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE? Are you looking for a RESIDENT property manager position in NE/SE Portland, near all that the Laurelhurst and MT Tabor areas have to offer? C& R Real Estate Services Co. is seeking a FULL-TIME Property Manager to work up to 35 hours per week at the JULIE ANN and PROVI APARTMENTS, totaling 62 units. This candidate must have reliable transportation as will need to travel to both properties. Our Property Manager must live onsite at the Julie Ann, and they will receive 20% OFF RENT for their choice of a ONE-BEDROOM or STUDIO apartment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced onsite manager!

The Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of leasing apartments, grounds keeping, readying units to rent, and common area cleaning. This position is eligible for health insurance the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

The Property Manager is responsible for showing units and screening prospective residents; collection and tracking of payments; entering data into the computer; preparation of paperwork and notices; maintaining files, records, grounds and common areas. Developing and sustaining courteous relations with residents and vendors is essential to this position.

- Computer knowledge
- Property management industry experience required
- Walking grounds and keeping them tidy
- Basic MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel, Ability to navigate the internet
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication, division and percentages)
- Basic knowledge of property management best practices including Fair Housing law and Landlord Tenant Law
- Attention to detail

- Experience with AMSI preferred

The Resident Manager must have great customer service skills, be punctual and detail oriented. The Resident Manager must also have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, be self-motivated and energetic. Our Resident Manager should also possess the ability to learn quickly, have stellar attention to detail, and must be able to pass a criminal background investigation if offered the position.
