Are you friendly and approachable with tenants, vendors and staff--while always remaining the consummate professional? We're searching for a full-time Supervising Community Manager for a beautiful 164-unit apartment community with a pool and playground in Gresham, Oregon. Your work schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, and you will be eligible for medical benefits the 1st of the month following 60 days of continuous employment.

The Supervising Community Manager is not required to live onsite but if you choose to live onsite, you will receive a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, a 15% rent discount each month and your office is separate from your living quarters!


The Supervising Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of this amazing property including marketing, maintaining property integrity, conducting tours, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports and preparing agreements, managing vendors, repairs and vacancy turnovers, and maintaining confidential files. The Supervising Community Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the grounds and common areas look their best!

The successful candidate MUST demonstrate strong leadership skills to lead a staff of three, have great customer service skills, be punctual and detail oriented, and maintain courteous relationships with residents and vendors.


• Prior property management EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

• Pool maintenance experience is required.

• Strong supervisory and organization skills with the ability to lead and direct others.

• Excellent marketing skills in order to competitively market the property.

• Outstanding and demonstrated customer service skills.

• Computer proficient and able to learn new company software.

• Knowledge of basic maintenance, painting, landscaping, and cleaning techniques including product use.

• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong active listening skills, and ability to understand and meet the needs of residents.
