The Expansion Agent is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. The Agent prospects for leads daily, closes those leads to appointments, closes for agreements, and then conducts a high-level fiduciary needs analysis. The Agent will focus on being face to face with clients always putting them first in the pursuit of win-win transactions that exceed expectations, while they will be supported on the backend by our

Client Care Team.
The Agent is the local real estate expert, recognized by satisfied clients, allied resources, and Market Center leadership. The Agent is committed to growing his/her team and foster local team culture. The Agent is learning based, accountability based, and committed to identifying and breaking through ceilings of achievement.
The Agent also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/She is committed to investing in colleagues in the Market Center in addition to the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
The Expansion Agent is the local representative of the central real estate network, ensuring excellent customer service to all clients.
Prospect for leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analysis
Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
Oversee all aspects of client’s transactions from initial contact to contract to close
Builds relationships with local business leaders and allied resources.
Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
Maintains open communication and accountability to the Hub

Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – daily
Coach - weekly
Market Center Leadership - weekly/biweekly
Client Care Coordinator - daily or as needed
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent at building rapport
People oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Learning based and systems friendly
Ability and motivation to be a team player
Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
High school graduate
Real estate license
1–3 years of industry and sales experience preferred
1–3 years of management experience preferred
Standards and Expectations
Maintain standards and production minimums agreed to in the team agreement
Maintain relationship with Client Care Coordinator and Marketing to leverage your business
Accountable to Team Leader on all lead generation platforms
Schedule quarterly career visioning sessions with Team Leader or Market Center Productivity Coach
Attend weekly coaching calls with Expansion Agents and Team Leaders from across the Country
Ensure agent compliance with Lucido Agency team policies and procedures
Attend Career Visioning
Attend 85% of the Lucido Agency Team Calls
