We're searching for a resident manager for Beautiful Executive 1801 Apartments, an 86 Unit community in the NE Portland Area.

This full-time, M-F, 40/hr week position requires you to live onsite, so enjoy the ZERO COMMUTE with a 25% RENT DISCOUNT on a 1- or 2-Bedroom Apartment! This community has a separate management office and many amenities for you to enjoy, pool, playground, onsite laundry. This position is eligible for health insurance the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

The Property Manager is responsible for showing units and screening prospective residents; collection and tracking of payments; placing Craigslist ads and entering data into the computer; preparation of paperwork and notices; maintaining files, records, grounds and common areas. Developing and sustaining courteous relations with residents and vendors is essential to this position.

- Computer knowledge
- 2 years Property management industry experience required
- Enforcing rules fairly
- Other duties as assigned
- Walking grounds and keeping them tidy

Any of the following are a BIG PLUS:
- Experience with AMSI or YARDI

The Onsite Manager must have THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, great customer service skills and be punctual and detail oriented. Must also have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and be self-motivated and energetic. Our Onsite Manager should also possess the ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail. Applicant must be able to pass a skills test, and if offered the position they must be able to pass a background investigation including criminal history.
