Are you an experienced Property Manager who is friendly and approachable with tenants, vendors and staff-while always remaining the consummate professional? Do you have Lease-Up experience? If yes, we want to hear from you! We're searching for an onsite manager for beautiful Apartment Complex in charming South East Woodstock Area with 38 Units. LEASE-UP EXPERIENCE is required. This P/T 20 hour per-week position, Monday through Friday position might be for you!

The Property Manager is not required to live onsite but must live within 1 mile from the Property and if decided to live onsite, will receive a 20% rent discount on a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment or a Studio and Utility Credit for water, sewer and trash! The Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of leasing apartments and ensuring that the grounds and common areas look their best.

The Property Manager is responsible for showing units, screening prospective residents, collection and tracking of payments, preparation of paperwork and notices; maintaining files and records as well as grounds and common areas. Maintaining courteous relations with residents and vendors is essential to this position.

The Onsite Manager must have great customer service skills and be punctual and detail oriented. The Onsite Manager must also have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and be self-motivated and energetic. Our Onsite Manager should also possess the ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail, and applicant must be able to pass a skills test, and if offered the position they must be able to pass a background investigation including criminal history. Previous experience in the field of property management required.
