There is a large Casino just a few miles out of town and town has all the amenities you would want, grocery, hardware, movie theater, FBO airfield, police/fire dept, Elks club, fantastic food/entertainment venues and so much more.

Also, the lot comes with membership in the Ocean Shores Community Center, a world class facility with indoor Olympic pool (2 outdoor pool/park locations also), gym-exercise room/equipment, game room, internet/computer, cafe, showers, large hot tub/jacuzzie, basketball court and more. The annual fee has remained $145 for the 18 years we have owned the lot. The facility, like everything on the peninsula are just a few minutes drive. All city roads were completely resurfaced a few years ago and the lot has a LID balance of $2000. Duck lake also has parks/public boat ramps/parking.
