I have over a decade of security experience, and I am a calm, self-assured, experienced de-escalator. I'm not intimidated by threats or insults, and my ego is never on the line. I treat everyone I encounter with respect. I'm happy to provide references.
JSG stands for Just Some Guy, because that is my core philosophy. On the rare occasions when an angry confrontational person asks me, "Who the hell are you?!" my answer is "Just some guy." Because it's not about me, and it's not about them. I'm just there to make sure everyone is safe and the event goes smoothly. The colleagues I bring on board are a select number of trustworthy people who operate the same way.
I am steady, competent, reliable, hardworking, compassionate, and cheerful. I have common sense, and I take direction well.
