Short-term OK, Traveling Worker's Welcome! 👍 Nice/Quiet Neighborhood, located right off Halsey and quick access to i84! Near tons of different shopping needs in all direction. Personal off St Parking. Fully Furnished Cali King Size Sleigh bed with storage drawers, dressers and XL double hanger closet. Comes with Personal Mini Fridge, TV or Projector, Towels, Bedding etc I got some backup soap, shampoo/cond if ever out as well, along with some other miscellaneous things as a curtacy if ever in a bind. I don't mind if it's not all the time. Bathroom is shared but spacious and always kept clean. As is the rest of the household which(420 friendly, just respect the ash factor!) common area's are shared as well, kitchen,dining, living room etc side loader washer/dryer in the garage.(Fridge and pantry are cleared out for plenty of room)(I have my own personal fridge, and Panrty/Storage to eliminate any questions or short term who's food is who's memory lol) I have a fairly large backyard with a cool layout and a energy pyramid I built that boarders a garden and there's a garden box as well if you're into that. There's a Nice BBQ grill just off the back deck. Double sliding glass doors to the backyard, with southern sun exposure, so plenty of natural solar lighting and a great sky view if you're a cloud or star gazer. I'm an advid photographer is why I mentioned, and have even captured pics of the Northern Lights from the backyard on one occasion! Small back deck I built slightly higher to be more comfortable to just sit a chill on the edge. I can offer some storage. Nothing to excessive, like a mini storage locker style unit, space wise. About me, I'm im my early 40's don't look it. Union pipe fitter/master welder for over 25 years(You'd never guess by randomly meeting me)I have two beautiful pit bulls, very trained and well mannered. Super short velvet like hair and they don't shed or have dander, very clean and cool personality. They don't try to lick you either, they're not slobber dogs either. I'm very low key and respect others personal space/business and I don't have people just randomly showing up or hanging out. I very rarely have visitors at all, only because I'm originally from back east and mostly only know co-workers. It's cool if you have guests, just would rather it not be a high traffic area. I'm very into art and music, and recently redid the entire house decor, with a geometric, abstract fusion. The Red symbolizes Vitality and Health BTW Kitchen layout is for someone who likes/knows how to get down in the kitchen, like myself and there's a upper tier variety of stuff to work with. Any questions, just ask. I'm probably forgetting a few things. I can do Month to month, or weekly rates. Possibly daily depending on the situation. Generally I would like to focus on the 1st of each month, but I understand it's mid month. So either it'll be prorated or whatever works out best for both sides.
Monthly: $1,050
Weekly: $330
Daily: $60 Flat rate, and I'll give you an actual 24 hrs and adjust to time in etc. Dog's OK but No Cats Please! Text works best, I'll try to catch your call, and if preferred I can call back.
