I have a room for rent in the lower level of our non smoking, women owned Centennial area home. Choose between a furnished room or unfurnished. Rent includes electric, basic wifi, heat, garbage, sewer, water, AC. There is access to a sauna and a fireplace. My cat is not friendly with other animals and won't tolerate Interlopers (other pets) so no pets besides mine. The cat door is downstairs and mustn't be blocked. The bathroom is shared as the laundry is in there, too. Some inside storage is available. There's a large fenced backyard with patio, quiet neighborhood, we are near bus, MHCC, MAX. Non smoking, no incense, no open flames, no glade plug ins, scented reeds, or other noxious room fragrances (lots of allergies, sorry!). 420 outside ok. One month's equivalent for deposit, background check $35.
