Most of the tenants who come through are either college students finishing school, travelers, or young professionals just getting started. Most are quite independent with a focus on school or early career.
There are actually 2 rooms coming open, this one, and one in the house behind it. This room is in the first house where we also live and is located across from another young lady.
There is a front, middle, and back yard with seasonal apples, raspberries and thimble berries. Gardeners welcome.
About us a bit: We work from home with Hubby often doing projects to improve the property, and other creative projects like audiobooks and 3d printing. Wify works for a nonprofit in Africa helping impoverished women learn entrepreneurship. We enjoy Netflix and board games and occasionally have a no-pressure open invite to play a game to those who area interested.
Location:
We're a few blocks from Lents park and a few blocks from 82nd and Foster, nicely tucked into the neighborhood. Good walkability and convenient for bus stops or max line, hopping on the freeway, or onto the main roads into downtown.
