T - 29M, teacher, coach, musician. I keep music gear in the basement where I play and record at a reasonable volume. I play in several bands and am pretty active generally so I am always out and about, but certainly like to have a peaceful place to come home and enjoy a meal with my roomies!
B - 30M, remote tech worker. B works from home and will be moving into the largest room to facilitate a better WFH environment. He is in the house the most but also frequently travels for work, so is gone for long stretches at a time.
We'd love someone who is looking for a real friendly roommate relationship. We are really good friends and living together has only bolstered that relationship! Though we are both active, this house has been a really wonderful place for both of us to rest, host, and build community. We frequently have friends over for dinner, cook for each other, and watch movies on the couch. T also hosts one backyard show per year! Please email if interested :)
