Unique and beautiful condo. Looking to rent March 1st. Special move-in deal: Half month bargain rental of $340 Monthly rent is $680.00 for a private furnished room in a 2 bedroom condo. My name is Carson and I have been living here for 3 years. I am kind, considerate, and very chill. I am 46 years old, work 2 part time jobs, enjoy the outdoors, and value my friends and family. Looking for someone like minded, kind, laid back, and considerate. I very much prefer a roommate who is not a hard drinker or hard drug user. Situated in a quiet, friendly 9 unit “village,” Close to grocery stores such as new seasons and Albertsons and a lot of great restaurants. Trimet is within walking distance. The room is furnished as seen in picture but has room for pictures/art and a desk or whatever you like. Laundry room in condo with washer/dryer. Upstairs bathroom has double vanities/sinks and has nice water pressure in the shower. Nice kitchen for cooking and has a brand new fridge. No pets. This is a non smoking property, so no smokers please. Utilities are shared and no more than $50/month for your share. There will be a brand new Queen size memory foam mattress installed in the beautiful Indonesian-art bed frame on the move in day. Let me know if you think you would be a good fit!
