I have 2 rooms for rent in my house. I would prefer to rent to a single roommate, rather than rent them separately, so if you’re looking for somewhere with plenty of space, this may be for you. I have a split level area in a wing of the house with a room and basement to myself, so the main living room would basically be for you as well. The house has 1.5 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a large yard. Well trained pets with responsible owners are welcome.
About me. I am a 35 year old man who works in construction. For hobbies, I work out, train Muay Thai, and practice guitar. I go to sleep by 10 on weeknights, and rarely drink or smoke weed. I keep it pretty chill, quiet, and clean around the house. I would like a roommate that is similar, more or less. I don’t have a problem with a roommate drinking or smoking weed as long as it remains respectful and is not disruptive.
I am asking $1,200/month + half of utilities. This is a good place for someone who wants a lot of space and/or a yard for their pet.
