I’m Candy. Thank you for looking at my post for a roommate!
NOTE: This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is in the Mall 205/Gateway area in East Portland.
And temporary residence is fine, if you need that.

SEARCHING FOR A ROOMMATE WHO:
- Works a steady 8-5 job, 5 days per week, out of the house
- Is a non-smoker (of anything)
- Has no pets
- Works a steady 8-5 job, 5 days per week, out of the house

Also, I need someone who generally spends their at-home time in the kitchen, dining room or bedroom as I work from home and had to take the living room as my office. (There is a desk in your room, but you are also welcome to work on your computer/phone in the dining room if you’d like.)
I want my roommate to be happy here! Please tell me what you need? What are your requirements/desires for a roommate/living situation? I care! I bend over backwards to be a great roommate and do everything feasible to meet my roommate's needs.

Expenses:
Rent is $800 per month, including utilities
Refundable deposit is $800
Key deposit is $50
Month-to-month (No lease and short-term is OK)
Includes utilities - Electricity, Water, Garbage. Please note there is no cable TV; I use an antenna for local channels.
Also includes Internet (Wi-Fi), but if you stream a lot, we may go over the usage limit. If so, it’s not expensive, but I will ask that you pay it. Also, to use the Internet, you need to have virus protection on your computer/phone. (If not, I can add you to my McAfee for free.)
Regarding utilities: In winter, I keep the heat low to save on the electric bill. I wear sweats and socks and turn on the heater only if that doesn't cut it. (There is an electric "throw" blanket on your bed.) I wouldn't be happy with someone cranking up the heat all the time, unless they were willing to pay for it. That said, I also want you to be comfortable. Let’s discuss this and make sure we are compatible?

This isn't all about me. Tell me what your concerns are? I'm open to your suggestions and needs!
