For rent are two bedrooms in the upper level of a large, nice early 1970’s built split level house.
Our home has a large, private backyard with BBQ and smoker, pool (closed in winter) and jacuzzi available for use year round. There is laundry on site as well as access to the large kitchen and two refrigerators/freezers so no overcrowding. Common areas include living room and dining room located on main level of house. It is located at the end of a very quiet and private dead end street with no vehicular or pedestrian thru access. There is plenty of street parking as well.
Home is located within a ten minute walk to the NE 162nd Max Blue Line station and between the major streets of Glisan and Burnside. Growers Outlet is a ten minute walk away as well.
There are two bedrooms (of three upstairs) available 12/29, details listed below. There is one tenant in the third bedroom. Shared is a very large bathroom upstairs with double sinks and full shower, plenty of drawers and storage available. Currently three gay males live in the home, my husband and I live downstairs separate from the upstairs portion and the home is owned by us, not rented or leased. There is also a friendly, indoor cat that coexists with us all.
Bedroom one is (12’x10’) with a single, large closet, ceiling fan and front, street facing window.
Bedroom two is the larger of the two (14’ x 15’), has a very large picture window that opens on each end, overlooking the landscaped portion of the backyard. Two closets are in this bedroom, ceiling fan and a separate, locking door with direct access to the bathroom for this tenants personal use.
Central heat/air with comfortable temperatures maintained year round. Utilities (water, gas, electricity, trash and sewer) are $105 per month.
Cable or internet access is available in each room although tenant would need to install their own.
Bedroom one is $750 per month, pictures 5 & 6
Bedroom two is $850 per month, pictures 7 & 8
We do require a background check ($50) and the lease is month to month. Our approach is to find good, longer term tenants, keep rental rates stable/steady minimizing the changes for us all.
If you sound like a good fit, please reach out, providing a phone number and we will go from there.
